In 1988, four colleges were targeted to promote the integration of equal opportunities throughout the system. This report documents the process of the project, giving background information on the role of the education officer, intention of targeting, selection of targeted colleges, evaluation and successful models. The inclusion of the college reports provide guidance to all colleges in embedding equal opportunity in the TAFE system.
